Responsibilities Of The Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- Support a high-volume recruiting process while partnering closely with recruiters and Hiring Managers.
- Schedule candidate screenings and interviews across multiple locations.
- Coordinate candidate communications via phone and email.
- Create and monitor job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prioritize interview scheduling based on business needs and hiring urgency.
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and ATS records.
- Generate and maintain recruiting and activity reports.
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with preparing interview materials for Hiring Managers.
- 2+ years of HR, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or related experience.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of management.
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, and scheduling coordination skills.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruitment processes.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
