Collections Lead

What your future day will look like: Oversee daily team operations by managing workflows, production volume, and overall performance. Monitor reporting and metrics to track results, identify trends, and provide updates to leadership. Coach and support team members to improve performance, address challenges, and drive accountability. Set goals and performance expectations based on department objectives and individual development needs. Identify opportunities for process improvements, risk reduction, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.
