Physical Therapist - PT

Role Overview The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to professional standards and ethics. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans using exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, educate patients and families on management strategies, and maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes. Collaborate with team members to ensure holistic patient care. Qualifications & Certifications Must hold a current, valid state PT license or certification and preferably CPR certification. Education includes a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Entry-level experience (0-1 years) is acceptable.
