We’re looking for a motivated
to join New Paradigm Staffing, assisting coding teams with documentation preparation and verification.
This role is perfect for someone curious about medical coding who wants hands-on experience supporting coding workflows. You’ll learn how to prepare charts for coding, verify documentation, flag missing pieces, and ensure coders have everything they need - all while receiving structured mentorship.
What You’ll Do
- Review charts for coding readiness
- Ensure required documents are included
- Flag missing information for follow-up
- Organize charts for coding teams
- Maintain secure and compliant workflows
