Job Description:


- Day and Night Shifts Available:
- Day: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
- Night: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)


- Essential Qualifications:
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Previous Charge Experience : Preferred
- Years of Experience : At least 2
- Patient Ratio Experience : Experience with 2 patients


- Charting Systems:
- Previous experience preferred
- Familiarity with Cerner is a plus


- Unit and Facility Details:
- Focus on adults and geriatrics
- Daily Census: Dynamic care with a focus on quality

- Skills and Expertise Required:
- Management of ports and central lines
- Care for ventilated patients & ECMO management
- Blood product administration
- Experience with CVICU and Surgical Intensive Care
- Clinical skills in managing dysrhythmias and respiratory failure
- Proficient in starting and maintaining IVs

- Staffing & Scheduling:
- Patient Ratios: 2:1 both day and night
- Weekend coverage required

- Compliance Requirements for Submission:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Must possess an active PA or Compact license
- Clear background checks prior to submission
- Candidates must be willing to float within the hospital


- Orientation and Start Requirements:
- 12 hours of orientation; some modules required
- Candidates must complete fingerprinting and drug screening within 24-48 hours of signing
