We are looking for an extremely motivated individual to perform duties such as rooming patients, checking patients in and out, charge entry, insurance verification, insurance posting, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and other tasks. Candidates must display a positive attitude, team work, excellent communication and customer service skills along with the ability to multi-task efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of medical office experience with patient registration and check in/check out preferred.
• Candidate must be a self-started, and adapt to departmental changes when necessary.
• Candidate must be able to discuss treatment and financial obligations with patients.
• Multilingual is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and customer service are pertinent.

Our practice is a family-operated practice with three board certified dermatologists specializing in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. The practice has been in operation for over 20 years and was formerly known as Skin Care Specialists APMC. Dr. Taylor Hilton (Dr. Deborah’s son) and his wife, Dr. Sophia Mai, joined the practice in 2015 and 2016, respectively.
