Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Position Overview Rula Health, a division of Rula Technologies, is seeking a compassionate, Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide high-quality behavioral health services to a diverse adult and adolescent population, blending in-person and virtual care to expand access to mental health support. Responsibilities You will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care. As a key member of an interdisciplinary care team, you will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other clinicians to coordinate holistic, outcomes-focused care. You will deliver individual and group psychotherapy, perform crisis intervention and risk assessments, and implement safety planning when higher levels of support are needed. Using an electronic health record, you will maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation that supports measurement-based treatment and continuity of care.
