Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess the psychological needs of patients accurately. \n
- Provide effective crisis intervention and develop tailored follow-up care plans to ensure ongoing support for clients. \n
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care and determine appropriate levels of treatment, ensuring a continuum of care. \n
- Complete all necessary documentation, including statistical reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. \n
- Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions for various populations within the therapeutic setting as needed. \n
- Participate actively in case conferences and treatment planning discussions, providing valuable insights and contributing to collaborative decision-making. \n
- Engage in regular clinical supervision with a Clinical Supervisor, participating in reflective practice and continuous professional development. \n
- Administer psychological testing as required, helping inform diagnosis and treatment direction. \n
- Supervise social work interns or student volunteers, nurturing the next generation of mental health professionals. \n
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the Unit Chief, Assistant Unit Chief, or Clinical Supervisor to support team goals. \n
The patients you will work with come from varied backgrounds and span across different age groups. You will provide services to individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders. Your role will involve cultivating a trusting therapeutic relationship and employing evidence-based practices to support clients in their recovery journeys.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required. \n
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain a valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n

- Two or more years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly in outpatient therapy or telehealth environments. \n
- Experience working with diverse populations and individuals with complex mental health needs is highly advantageous. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth technology and virtual therapy best practices. \n
Compensation for this role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually , reflecting experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
