Compensation: $2137 - $2575 | Shift: 3x12 Rotating

Join our healthcare organization in Des Moines, IA, where you will collaborate with a vibrant team in a cutting-edge facility. This position calls for a proficient RN capable of both scrubbing and circulating, with experience across various surgical procedures, including general, robotics, pediatrics, and trauma. As an essential team member, you will be expected to float between multiple campuses, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scrubbing and circulating tasks in the operating room.
• Oversee patient care in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Efficiently utilize EPIC electronic medical systems.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
• Current RN license in Iowa or a compact state.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Experience with EPIC systems within the last 3 years.
• Completion of a previous travel assignment within the last 15 months.
• Trauma Level II experience is required; Level I experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in general, robotics, pediatrics, and trauma cases is essential.
• Additional experience in neurology, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, transplants, plastics, ENT, and vascular cases is highly preferred.
