Join our Family!The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting the HR team with the implementation and administration of policies and programs concerning; employee relations, benefits, development, compensation, payroll, recruitment, workers compensation, safety, performance management, legal compliance, and EEO/affirmative action. This role provides transactional and administrative support for HR initiatives.Responsibilities:Responsible for employee data changes and payroll data in ADP WFN.Communicate benefit information to employees, enroll employees process changes to their status, maintain employee benefits files, and support the Benefits Manager in investigating and resolving problems.Ensure compliance with government regulations and reporting requirements covering the benefits area.Assist with the internal and external recruitment and employment process for posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and preboarding/onboarding process and support management.Maintain Human Resources records ensuring confidentiality and limited access according to procedure, posted notices, maintained records, investigated and resolved employee complaints, and recommended changes necessary to achieve compliance.Provide support and backup in addressing safety and health incidents.Coordinate site-specific events and initiatives.Experience, Skills, Education:Must have an Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree is preferred.At least 1 year of related HR experience required.Knowledge of human resources systems, policies, and practices.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and PowerPoint.Experience with HRIS systems.Experience in a manufacturing environment.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Equal Employment Opportunity: B&G Foods is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
