Schedule 7 PM - 7 AM Job Description Join our team as a Travel Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) where you will provide specialized nursing care for stroke patients, cardiac drips, patients on continuous BiPAP, and post-procedure patients. Our unit maintains a patient ratio of 4:1, flexing to 5:1 during staffing shortages. Responsibilities Manage and monitor patients requiring cardiac drips and bipap assistance. Perform tele monitoring and provide prompt care for stroke and post-procedure patients. Conduct emergent thoracentesis and other necessary procedures as required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license. ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications are mandatory. Experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting preferred.
