Machinist CNC Operator

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, ensuring precise and efficient production of components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong lathe operation skills and a good understanding of machining processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce components as per specifications.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and precision.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment to ensure continuous operation.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
• Conduct precision measurements and inspections of finished products to ensure they meet tolerance specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC lathe operation is required.
• Familiarity with manual machining techniques and fabrication processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of milling, tooling, and grinding operations is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong skills in precision measurement and understanding of tolerance specifications.
• Experience with various machining processes and tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
