What You’ll Do Assist with guest satisfaction, product quality, financial performance, and team development. Focus on providing an exceptional guest experience and a positive working environment for your team. Lead in a fun, fast‑paced environment while adhering to brand standards and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant. Manage restaurant costs, inventory, and shift scheduling effectively. Motivate, lead, and develop your team. Train others on all aspects of the restaurant’s operations. Help your team deliver legendary hospitality, great beverages, and food products in a clean restaurant. What We’re Looking For 1 year assistant management experience (QSR experience a plus!) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a passion for customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
