It's exciting times to be at Movu!Location: Adairsville, GA United StatesJob DescriptionCommunicate daily loading schedules, priorities, and updates to warehouse loaders.Coordinate split loads and picking requirements with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate order fulfillment.Identify and communicate inventory shortages or discrepancies, providing solutions to minimize shipping delays.Support the loading team by resolving operational issues and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the shift.Check in drivers upon arrival and verify appointment and shipment information.Prepare and distribute all required shipping and loading documentation, including bills of lading and related paperwork.Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and transportation teams to ensure accurate and timely outbound shipments.Monitor loading progress and adjust priorities as needed to meet customer delivery schedules.Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant shipping operations.Qualifications2+ years of warehouse logistics & planning experienceKnowledge of the warehouse operations and proceduresForklift license (front, retractable, side loader a plus) w/2+ yrs of recent forklift experienceProduct knowledge – metal experience preferredSAP transactions to track deliveries/shipmentsWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to calculate floor space in feet and weight distribution on the truckDownloading and recording picking photosAdditional InformationWhat do we offer you?PTO, days paid sick leave, 11 US paid holidaysMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceCompany paid Short- and Long-Term Disability InsuranceCompany Paid Life InsuranceCompany Paid Accidental Death & Dismemberment401K with employer match, currently 4%Partial Tuition Reimbursement after 12 monthsGross SalaryTobacco Free CampusQuality, Safety, Health, Environment, ComplianceEvery employee at Stow contributes to a safe and compliant work environment.
