Senior Data Product Manager

Salary: $175,000 - 215,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in vertical B2B, with a strong record of shipping successful software products.
• We require 1+ years of experience leading and building AI solutions.
• We value experience building complex data products as part of a cross-functional team.
• We expect practical, hands-on technical ability and comfort working directly with data, code, AI tools, and metrics.
• We look for a strong command of product fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, measurement, user feedback loops, and go-to-market alignment.
• We want someone who uses AI tools effectively in day-to-day work and has experience delivering AI-powered features.
• We need someone with a realistic understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
• We value sound judgment in ambiguous settings, including balancing technical constraints, business needs, and competing viewpoints.
• We expect strong attention to detail, clear written communication, and the ability to tell stories with data.
• We want someone who is curious, empathetic toward customer problems, action-oriented, and comfortable solving hard problems.
• We prefer candidates who have built healthcare-specific data products, worked on growth-stage AI solutions, or demonstrated mentorship and leadership in prior PM roles.
• We require eligibility to work in the USA.

• Own a product area end to end, from understanding customer pain points and defining vision to setting outcomes, prioritizing work, and shipping carefully.
• Prototype, test, and launch new data products and algorithms with engineering and small cross-functional teams.
• Lead discovery with customers, product marketing, and data teams to surface unmet needs and translate them into scalable software offerings.
• Apply AI effectively in both your workflow and the products we build, using LLMs and automation where they add user value and differentiation.
• Partner with data, machine learning, and analytics engineers to operationalize and strengthen our data products and tooling.
• Communicate clearly in meetings and writing, and drive a compelling roadmap aligned around shared goals and outcomes.
• Balance near-term priorities with long-term product bets while keeping the team focused on measurable impact.
• Own key metrics and use them to improve product performance and business results.
• Maintain high standards of integrity, curiosity, and ambition while advocating for what is best for our users, team, and business.
