Human Resources Recruitment CoordinatorAll Ways Caring HomeCare is looking for a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to provide support to the local branch through various aspects of administration, employee recruitment, screening, hiring, record keeping, and compliance.Responsibilities include conducting full-cycle recruitment, representing the local branch in job fairs, implementing and adhering to company policies, enhancing the candidates experience, maximizing best practices in recruitment strategies, collaborating with regional teams, utilizing applicant tracking software, and coordinating required trainings.Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, some college courses or a degree, minimum one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources experience, knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software, experience with an applicant tracking system, effective verbal and written communication, capability to work responsibly with confidential information, accountability, reliability, and ability to work independently with good judgement, successful completion of pre-employment background check, and compassion for others.All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home, maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence. Services include personal care and homemaking programs, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, respite care, and other programs.Salary Range: USD $23.50 / Hour
