Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Cibolo, TX. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries by phone and email, entering and tracking orders, and providing timely updates on order status, delivery schedules, and product information. The role includes troubleshooting issues, coordinating with production, logistics, and sales teams, and ensuring accurate documentation of customer requirements and changes. The representative will monitor customer satisfaction, elevate concerns when needed, and follow up to ensure resolutions are completed and communicated clearly. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in the CRM or ERP system, supporting account management activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service and support, with a focus on customer service and customer support skills. Experience enhancing customer satisfaction and customer experience through effective communication and follow-through. Background working as or alongside customer service representatives, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally. Proficiency with basic office software and customer management or order entry systems (e.g., CRM, ERP). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams such as production, logistics, and sales. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or experience in business, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
