Our therapists work alongside experienced physical therapists, occupational therapists, personal trainers, and a biomechanical engineer while utilizing advanced rehabilitation technology rarely found in traditional outpatient clinics. Manage an insurance-based outpatient caseload while delivering individualized, patient-centered care. Develop and progress treatment plans that help patients safely return to the activities they love. Utilize innovative rehabilitation technology and objective outcome measures to maximize patient success. Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, personal trainers, and our biomechanical engineer to provide outstanding care. Complete timely documentation while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. Build lasting relationships with patients through one-on-one care. What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for Pennsylvania licensure) Passionate about providing exceptional patient care Strong clinical reasoning and problem solving skills Curious, coachable, and motivated to continue learning Enjoys collaborating with teammates in a positive clinic culture Excited about utilizing technology and innovative treatment approaches Interest in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation Active lifestyle with an appreciation for exercise, fitness, or athletics is a plus New graduates are encouraged to apply.
