The Noble Agency is an independently owned luxury real estate brokerage built around an understanding of how property shapes life and wealth. Based in Scottsdale, we serve discerning buyers and sellers across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and the greater Phoenix surrounding communities.

Noble Creative brings our brand to life through strategy, storytelling, design and coordinated marketing. Its work supports two key areas: corporate marketing for The Noble Agency and marketing services for our advisors.

We are growing our team and seeking a Marketing Manager with graphic design skills who can translate established brand direction into thoughtful, well-executed digital, print and social campaigns and projects. This role combines marketing expertise, design expertise, project ownership and an appreciation for exceptional creative work.

The Role

Working closely with company leadership and our creative team, you will turn approved priorities into clear plans, coordinate contributor, and carry projects through launch and measurement.

You will help ensure that every campaign and deliverable reflects Noble’s standards while making the process organized, responsive and efficient for the people we serve.

What you will do

Corporate marketing

• Manage the marketing calendar and execute campaigns supporting brand visibility, advisor recruitment, company initiatives and events.
• Coordinate, design and execute marketing across email, social media, web, print and other relevant channels.
• Develop campaign briefs that clearly define objectives, audiences, messages, deliverables and timelines.
• Track performance and recommend adjustments based on results.

Advisor services

• Coordinate, design and execute property and advisor marketing, from launch materials to ongoing campaigns.
• Translate advisor needs into clear briefs and achievable project plans.
• Maintain consistent standards while recognizing the distinct story of each property and advisor.
• Improve recurring services through thoughtful templates, organized assets and repeatable workflows.

Creative coordination and operations

• Graphic Design lead
• Collaborate with additional designers, writers, technology specialists and external partners
• Manage deadlines, assigned budgets, vendor relationships and approvals.
• Review materials for message consistency, accuracy and readiness for publication.
• Keep stakeholders informed and resolve obstacles before they disrupt delivery.

What you bring

• Approximately five or more years of relevant marketing experience, including ownership of campaigns from planning through execution.
• A well-trained eye for design, developing and maintaining brand integrity.
• Experience coordinating creative contributors and managing multiple projects.
• Strong writing, editing and communication skills.
• Sound judgment in evaluating design, messaging and audience fit.
• Practical experience with email marketing, social media, website content and performance reporting.
• Comfort with project management systems, CRM platforms and creative collaboration tools.
• Experience using AI tools thoughtfully to improve research, drafting and workflow, with careful human review.
• An organized, proactive approach and the ability to move work forward independently.

Experience in an agency, luxury brand, hospitality, design or real estate environment is valuable. We welcome candidates whose work demonstrates relevant judgment and execution across other industries.

What success looks like

Campaigns launch on schedule. Advisors receive clear communication and polished work. Creative contributors have useful briefs and realistic timelines. Marketing performance informs future decisions, and Noble’s brand remains consistent across every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic marketing and campaign planning skills, with experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans in a luxury or professional services environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing platforms, website content updates, and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights).
• Skilled with Adobe Cloud, Figma and/or other design platforms.
• Experience managing creative assets and content, including copywriting, collaborating with designers, and overseeing photography, videography, and listing presentations.
• Solid project management abilities, with skill in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, managing budgets, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, brand consistency, and quality in all marketing materials.
• Comfort working on-site in a collaborative office environment in Scottsdale, AZ, with the ability to support advisors and marketing needs in real time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in real estate, luxury goods, hospitality, or high-end lifestyle
