New Opportunity: Pediatric Float Nurse - Be the Bridge from Hospital to Home!

THE POSITION

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (travel required across the metro area)
Open Roles:

• 1 Full-Time Day Float Nurse
• 1 Full-Time Night Float Nurse

Schedule:

• 3, 12-hour shifts per week (full-time)
• Must be flexible and available 7 days/week
• No overtime permitted

As a float nurse, you'll support hospital discharges and provide coverage in homes across the metroplex-bringing care where it's needed most.

• Assist with bringing children home from the hospital
• Float to homes needing skilled nursing support

From infants to young adults, we support patients with needs such as trachs, ventilators, and g-tubes-helping them live full lives at home, in school, and in their communities.

COMPENSATION

We offer competitive, transparent pay that reflects the meaningful work you do.

• Pay: Varies by shift, acuity, and assignment (including admissions and weekends), with opportunities to earn up to $34 per hour for LVNs and up to $47/hour for RNs
• Additional differentials available based on shift type and patient needs .

EXPERIENCE

• Current Texas Nursing License, RN or LVN license that is in good standing
• Minimum of 3 year of pediatric nursing and home health experience required.
• CPR certification required; PALS certification preferred.
