Guest Services Associate We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Guest Services Associate to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for our guests and students and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is organized and detail-oriented, and can confidently balance customer service, administrative tasks, and a busy front-desk environment. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments Check guests in and out and process payments Provide excellent customer service while managing front-desk communications Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area Monitor the daily schedule and help keep services running smoothly Assist with retail recommendations and purchases Represent the school in a positive, professional, and enthusiastic manner Requirements: Previous customer service, receptionist, front-desk, salon, spa, or hospitality experience is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers, phones, scheduling systems, and basic office software Reliable and punctual Must be available for some evening and weekend shifts
