The Business Planning Manager (BPM) is responsible for leading end-to-end planning activities across the Personal Systems portfolio connecting demand supply and execution to deliver optimal business outcomes.

The role operates at a highly strategic and analytical level driving complex planning decisions identifying risks and opportunities and ensuring alignment between supply chain capabilities and business priorities.

This position plays a critical role in improving conversion customer experience inventory health and financial performance while enabling scalable and data-driven planning processes for the Personal Systems organization.

Priorities (first 612 months)

Stabilize and optimize end-to-end planning for Personal Systems

• Ensure strong demand/supply matching and execution alignment across regions
• Improve planning accuracy responsiveness and issue resolution

Improve business performance across key metrics

• Conversion and backlog reduction
• Customer experience (ship dates OTIF lead time reliability)
• Inventory health including reduction of excess and aged inventory

Strengthen demand shaping and supply optimization levers

• Drive prioritization across products channels and customers
• Optimize allocation decisions in constrained environments
• Improve coordination with Customer Operations and Category teams

Enhance data visibility and performance management

• Develop and leverage KPIs to track execution gaps and business outcomes
• Improve reporting consistency and transparency for Personal Systems performance

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in planning processes

• Identify and implement process improvements across planning flows
• Leverage automation advanced analytics and AI-driven insights
• Ensure alignment with global planning standards and transformation initiatives

Strengthen cross-functional alignment

• Act as a key interface between supply chain category finance and operations
• Ensure alignment on priorities risks and trade-offs

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 10 years of experience in supply chain planning or operations
• Strong experience in demand/supply planning and business planning roles
• Experience working in complex global and cross-functional environments

Capabilities

• Advanced expertise in supply chain planning and execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision making
• Ability to operate independently in complex and ambiguous environments
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable planning strategies

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $116150 to $182400 USD annually with additional

opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United

States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location job-related

knowledge skills and experience.
