Join Our Innovative Healthcare Team as a Night RN in a Recovery Setting!

Job Description:


- Facility Overview:
- Type: Recovery Non-Acute, Residential Setting
- Charting System: HCS
- Total Beds: 100 (Adult, Male & Female)
- Patient Population: Voluntary
- Security: On-site security present

- Units & Staffing:
- Current Staffing Ratio: 1:30
- Expected/Target Ratio: 1:20
- Floating Expectations: Staff may float between men's and women's units
- Population Served: Adults only
- Restraints Utilized: No restraints
- Incarcerated Individuals on Unit: No

- Ancillary Support:
- Kitchen
- Maintenance
- Intake
- House supervisor always on-site

- Visitor Policy:
- Visits must be scheduled with the therapist

- Experience Requirements:
- Travel Experience: Not required, but experience in Detox & Medication Withdrawal is required (minimum 1 year)
- Psych Experience: Detox and medication withdrawal management required
- Required Certification: CPI (can be completed on site)

- Open Shifts / Scheduling:
- Available Shifts: 6:15 PM - 6:15 AM (rotating every other weekend)
- Scheduling Notes: Must be available for the shifts offered; block scheduling cannot be guaranteed

- Weekend & Holiday Requirements:
- Weekends: Every other weekend
- Holidays: Required unless prearranged

- Position Details:
- Disciplines Needed: RN
- Start Date: ASAP
- Special Job Duty Requirements: Must have detox or withdrawal experience within the past year
- Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks: 56
