This role supports daily manufacturing operations by maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor heavy fabrication equipment such as press brakes, plate rollers, CNC plasma or oxy-fuel tables, ironworkers, and large band sawsHandle and process heavy-gauge steel and structural materialsRead and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work ordersMeasure, inspect, and verify parts using precision tools to ensure compliance with specificationsPerform basic machine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshootingSafely rig, load, and unload materials using overhead cranes, forklifts, or hoistsAt Harrison, Walker & Harper (HWH), we believe that without a solid foundation, nothing can stand — not buildings, and not company culture.
