Clinical Educator / Staff Development Coordinator (RN)

Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Development Coordinator passionate about training and educating stakeholders to provide the best care possible. How You Will Make a Difference Develop and implement job‑skills training and in‑service education as required by regulations and employee health monitoring for nursing department employees. Regularly check the competency of CNAs, positively regard residents, and assess developmental needs of direct‑care staff. Provide one‑on‑one instruction immediately if necessary. Provide skill training to new staff in any deficient area before allowing the nursing assistant to perform the task with a resident. What You Need To Make a Difference Registered Nurse with current state licensure. Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in a health‑care setting; long‑term care preferred. Current/active CPR certification. Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, and laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long‑term care.
