Collaborate thoughtfully with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to construct comprehensive care plans.

Facilitate education for patients and their families, offering resources to promote progress beyond therapy sessions.

Conduct occasional inpatient speech evaluations and interventions to ensure seamless continuity throughout the care process.

Maintain clear and timely documentation in alignment with state, federal, and organizational protocols.

Engage in continuous education and professional growth, staying up to date with advancements in the field.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a legitimate and accredited university.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of employment.

Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment methodologies for all age groups, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders, both developmental and acquired.
