RN Surgery | RN-OR Assignment Overview

This role involves providing specialized care in the operating room with a focus on DaVinci robotics, orthopedics including total joints and sports medicine, spine surgery, urology, general surgery, and endoscopy procedures. The ideal candidate will have travel experience and a flexible approach to scheduling.

Assignment Details

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 0630-1500 flexible
• Call: Weekday nights, 1-2 call shifts per week
• Weekend Requirement: 2 weekend days per 4-week schedule
• Holiday Requirement: Christmas Eve
• Floating: May need to float on-site within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
• Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2760 (negotiable)
• Charting System: EPIC

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures using DaVinci robotics
• Perform tasks in orthopedic, urology, and general surgeries
• Handle endoscopy procedures such as EGD and colonoscopies
• Adapt to flexible scheduling and on-call requirements

Qualifications

Required:

• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with DaVinci robotics, ortho-total joints, sports medicine, spine, urology, and general surgery
• Travel experience
