Family Medicine Opportunity at Our Clinic

• Thriving practice with immediate patient volume.

• Join a team of 7 physicians and 1 physician assistant.

• Focus on traditional outpatient family medicine.

• Minimal on-call responsibilities—phone only (1 in 9 rotation).

Compensation and Benefits Overview

• Attractive bonus package of $150,000!

• Highly competitive salary with a 2-year income guarantee of $290,191/year++ .

Qualifications: A graduate of an accredited medical or osteopathic school is required. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency as a physician through completion of a relevant residency program and be board certified or eligible. Must be able to secure medical staff privileges at our facility. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team are essential. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a physician license in Iowa, as well as an Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
