Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and clinical experience to provide accurate psychosocial diagnoses for patients facing end-of-life issues.

• Work closely with patients to create tailored, patient-centered treatment plans that prioritize their emotional and psychological needs.

• Implement behavioral interventions based on evidence-based practices, including techniques such as motivational interviewing, behavioral activation, and problem-solving therapy.

• Collaborate systematically with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare providers, to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.

• Regularly assess and monitor patient progress towards their therapeutic goals through virtual sessions, tracking treatment outcomes and making necessary adjustments.

• Support the management of psychotropic medications by coordinating with medical providers, monitoring adherence, side effects, and overall treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
