Quality Manager

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management and Control Strategy Ensure quality standards are consistently met through robust systems, proactive process control, and cross-functional leadership Serve as the sites Management Representative for ISO and other quality certifications (e.g., "SQF") Lead efforts in continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction Oversee, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s QMS Audit internal processes and documentation to ensure adherence to applicable standards Establish strategic quality goals and KPIs aligned with business objectives Lead advanced problem-solving efforts and drive a culture of continuous improvement Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline (master's degree or certifications a plus) Minimum 5-7 years of progressive quality management experience in a manufacturing environment (plastics, packaging, or regulated industries preferred) Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 13485; SQF and/or HACCP training/certification highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and QMS tools. Experience in Lean, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred), and root cause analysis methodologies.
