Position Summary:

The Sales Support Administrator's job duties include preparing pricing documentation and quotes for customers, responding to customer calls and emails, and assisting the sales staff in completing customer paperwork and quote inquiries. The Sales Support Administrator will also follow up with customer's requests for order status, input data into our customer management system, and assist in order entry.

Essential Functions:

• Process orders and quotes in the sales Rubicon system
• Send order and invoice acknowledgments
• Contact clients to answer queries on order status or tracking information
• Update sales and customer records

Knowledge:

• Possesses a complete working knowledge of Lake products and capabilities
• Proficient in all aspects of the Sales systems in Rubicon
• Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel

Skills and Abilities:

• Collecting, organizing, and filing sales orders using knowledge of paper and electronic filing systems.
• Using strong attention to detail to enter customer data with perfect accuracy
• Using Microsoft Office Suite to maintain sales figures and create presentations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience as a Sales Administrator or other administrative role
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
• Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
