Responsibilities

Support Account Managers with day-to-day client service and policy administration.

Assist with processing policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and other account-related tasks.

Handle client inquiries regarding billing, payments, and claims, providing timely assistance or directing issues to the appropriate team member.

Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve billing discrepancies, claims updates, and policy service requests.

Greet clients and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and office traffic, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is properly filed within the agency management system.

Assist in maintaining efficient office workflows and contribute to a positive customer service experience.

Requirements

• 1+ years of demonstrated success in overall customer service and/or sales
• Insurance experience is not required, but must be willing to learn
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Persuasive, professional verbal and written communication skills
