Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $15.10 - $22.69/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

What You'll Do: You'll get your hands dirty learning the ins and outs of the automotive technician field. With guidance, you'll develop new skills to add to your growing toolbox. Other responsibilities include:

• Serve as an entry-level?auto tech performing light duty maintenance.
• Gain familiarity with auto?maintenance concepts and?practices.
• Perform auto?maintenance tech?duties,?including oil and filter change, fuel filter change, transmission flush?and vehicle inspection.
• Perform battery testing, maintenance and replacement.
• Perform various repairs including?tires,?safety inspections and?interior/exterior?components.
• Comply with regulations regarding?recyclables, fluids, tires?and disposable trash.
• Utilize approved vendors to obtain parts needed.

Who You Are: You love working with your hands and your mind. You're passionate about vehicle technology and love to stay up to date on best practices in the auto world. You also have the following qualifications:

• Required: 6+ months of related work experience.
• The ability to drive standard,?automatic and electric?vehicles.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
• Preferred: A high school diploma or?GED.
