Role Description The Production Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Longmont, CO, responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations. This role involves working on production lines to assemble and handle components, operating machinery and tools according to safety and quality standards, and monitoring product quality throughout the process. The Production Associate assists with material handling, organizes work areas, follows production schedules, and collaborates with team members to meet output and quality targets. The role also requires maintaining accurate production records, promptly reporting issues to supervisors, and adapting to changing priorities and tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Production Assistance and working on Production Lines to support efficient manufacturing workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation to safely and effectively run production equipment and tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to inspect products, identify defects, and adhere to established standards.
• Candidates should be Easily Adaptable, able to learn new tasks quickly, and adjust to changing production needs.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand tools and small equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and follow safety procedures consistently.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability in meeting schedules and deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  prior manufacturing or assembly experience is beneficial but not required.
