Sr Svc Agent/Non-Driver

Job Title

Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. This is a non-driving position. Performs other duties as assigned. This posting is for a Monday to Friday mid-shift position.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Job Conditions
