Assistant Manager – Janitorial Services Albuquerque, NM We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to join our janitorial team in Albuquerque, NM. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company. Schedule Monday–Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Some weekends as needed Pay $18.00 – $20.50 per hour depending on experience Gas mileage reimbursement provided Responsibilities Supervising and supporting large groups of employees Conducting inspections of buildings and work areas Assisting the Account Manager with inventory of chemicals and paper supplies Supporting and guiding troubleshooters and supervisors Proactively resolving issues and maintaining quality standards Covering buildings/shifts when employees do not report to work We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service. Requirements Valid Driver’s License required Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Ability to drive company vehicles when needed Strong communication and leadership skills Janitorial or supervisory experience preferred Be authorized to work in the US pass background check/ drug test have a smart phone to clock in and out #J-18808-Ljbffr
