Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (includes two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid meal break)
Weekly working hours: 40
Salary Range: $115,082 - $126,094 per year (2025-26 Non-Rep Salary Schedule - Salaried *2026-27 TBD).

Description:
The Payroll Officer serves as the district's subject matter expert on payroll operations and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for approximately 1,000 employees. This role provides strategic oversight of payroll systems, procedures, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and district policies. The Payroll Officer leads payroll staff, manages payroll-related systems and reporting, and advises district leadership on payroll practices, risks, and process improvements.
