TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74104!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (06:45 - 19:15) Experience: 2 years of charge experience required License: Valid RN license required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required Must-Have: - Experience with a patient ratio of 5:1 - Proficiency in Epic charting system - Experience managing respiratory patients, including those with COPD, trach care, Covid, and TB Description: We are a 24-bed medical surgical unit with an emphasis on respiratory care. The unit accepts first-time travelers. We have a daily census of 24 patients. The unit includes adults and geriatric patients. Daily responsibilities involve providing care for patients with various respiratory conditions. Experience with non-invasive airway management, oxygen administration, and telemetry is required. We provide interdisciplinary support, including physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy. Travelers are expected to float to similar units as needed based on facility requirements. All travelers will receive a brief orientation on the unit. Modules will be completed onsite during orientation and recorded via transcripts.
