Sr. Manufacturing Engineer – Farmington, NM (RTX – Raytheon) Location: Farmington, NM Employment Type: Onsite Citizenship Requirement: U.S. citizen required to access program information What You Will Do: Design, control, and improve manufacturing processes through cross‑disciplinary collaboration. Improve cycle and lead times to increase production efficiency. Implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring. Create and oversee improvement projects, translating engineering design requirements into manufacturable processes. Perform hardware defect analysis and participate in corrective action investigations. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience developing and documenting work instructions for manufacturing. Qualifications We Prefer: Experience with shop floor management systems (e.g., SAP, PRISM, ERP, MRP). Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (CREO/ProE preferred) and mechanical aptitude. Experience with automated tooling, machinery, and programming to adjust production parameters. Strong technical drawing interpretation, GD&T, and technical writing skills. Project execution skills and an innovative mindset focused on lean manufacturing. What We Offer: Competitive salary range of $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
