Data Engineer

Overview As a Data Engineer – Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision‑making and driving business growth. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines, integrations, and data platforms that support clinical, operational, quality, and billing functions. Develop and deploy machine learning and AI models. Analyze large datasets and generate business insights. Build natural language processing (NLP) solutions and advanced analytics models. Lead the delivery of business intelligence (BI) information to the entire organization, including the assessment of business requirements and the translation of those requirements into actionable analytics. Qualifications Strong experience with data engineering tools, cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure), and data workflow orchestration. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and experience with data modeling and ETL processes. Experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Previous experience as a technical team lead or manager is preferred.
