In this role, you will perform assembly, installation, testing, and quality inspection of power generation systems and related equipment. The organization values growth, offering opportunities to expand skills through cross-training and to advance based on performance.Work EnvironmentThis role is based in an industrial manufacturing facility with a day shift running approximately from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with flexibility to start as early as 5:00 a.m. and work as late as 3:30 p.m. During busy seasons, occasional voluntary half-day Saturday shifts may be available. The environment is not fully climate controlled, with large bay doors, fans, and heaters in use; it can be hot in very warm weather and chilly in very cold conditions. Work is hands-on around diesel engines, electrical generators, industrial electrical equipment, and control panels, using typical shop tools and equipment in a production setting.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
