Opportunity Summary This role sits within a fast-paced processing operation that handles valuable, one-of-a-kind collectible items from the moment an order comes in to the moment it ships back out. Responsibilities - Process incoming and outgoing orders, including opening mail, verifying items, entering data, and printing shipping labels
- Inspect and handle collectible items to confirm quality and accuracy before they move through the shipping process
- Package, label, and ship orders, confirming all details are correct and complete before dispatch
- Partner with Customer Service, Sales, and other teams to resolve issues and support special projects
- Maintain organization, accuracy, and security when handling valuable merchandise throughout the process
Qualifications Required
- No manufacturing experience required - paid training provided
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, with frequent bending, twisting, and hand use; comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment a plus
