Job Description

We are looking for a remodeler/handyman!

What You Get:

Earn $35 – $50 per hour based on skillset
Control your schedule, work 5 hours or 35, choose the jobs and locations you want
Support from a professional office team that oversees your work, optimizes your schedule and provides dispatching services

What You Need:

Paid experience in remodeling or residential/commercial maintenance (carpentry, painting, drywall, basic plumbing, electrical)

What You'll Do:

Complete maintenance or remodeling project by providing construction skills for residents and businesses in Ann Arbor and the surrounding area.
Evaluate requests, price out all jobs, troubleshoot and effectively communicate with clients
Finalize appropriate job materials and quantities for all projects
