About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP) for Brand and Creative Marketing. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in building and leading enterprise-wide brand systems. This role is pivotal in defining and leading the creative strategy, execution, and operating model across the organization, ensuring that the brand is expressed consistently and effectively across all consumer-facing channels. The AVP will be responsible for translating brand strategy into creative platforms, campaign systems, and messaging frameworks, with a focus on driving measurable business impact, consumer trust, and brand equity. Candidates for the AVP position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of strategic experience in design, brand development, or advertising. The role requires a leader with a strong background in creative management, enterprise-scale creative functions, and a deep understanding of modern marketing technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven marketing objectives, manage multiple priorities, and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated environments is a plus. The AVP will also be responsible for financial and resource stewardship, leading a multi-layered creative function, and driving innovation in creative operations, including the responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools.
