This role works across all of Sales and with key cross-functional partners in Finance, Demand Planning and Marketing. Responsibilities Manage and analyze TPM reporting to ensure accurate forecasting of shipments and tracking of trade promotions dollars across all business units. Manage the MDF and slotting process including monthly reporting to monitor compliance and control spend. Mange the update and sharing out of monthly reporting for PPKs, MDF, Slotting, Promo, and IBP reports. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analytics. Manage the monthly allocation process for all business units and channels including calculating the monthly allocation, manage changes and work with Customer Service on quantity contracts. Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data pertaining to trade marketing activities, including Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance and Category Management. Own the management of the content pack including publishing all updates Field Sales Ensure the upkeep of the sample mailing list for the Field Sales and Brokers. Deliver monthly and ad hoc reporting for trade, innovation, and other business needs. Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or other related fields 3+yearsof consumer product goods experience in Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Business, Finance or relevant. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Will be required to manage multiple projects at thesametime while managing day to day tasks and objectives. Mustbeproficientin Microsoft office including excel and PowerPoint. Mustbeabletoworkwith large data sets including pulling and interrupting data independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willberequiredtopresenttolargegroupsofpeoplevirtuallyandinperson. Valid driver’s license Ability to relocatefor future advancement Abilitytotravelupto10%ofthetime Preferred Qualifications Experience working in CPG industry sector and competitive landscape As a general policy, McCormick does not offer employment visa sponsorships upon hire or in the future. Base Salary: 80,500 - 100,000 Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer.
