We're currently seeking an Inventory Control Team Leader to join our Maintenance team. In this role, you'll oversee the resort's inventory operations by maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating the ordering and distribution of maintenance supplies and equipment, and ensuring our team has the resources they need to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Pay rate: $19/hr

Location: 2975 Arabian Nights Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34747

What You'll Do:

• Maintain accurate inventory levels for maintenance supplies, housewares, HVAC parts, and equipment

• Order, receive, verify, and organize inventory to ensure the resort is fully stocked

• Coordinate the distribution of furniture, appliances, TVs, and equipment throughout the resort

• Conduct routine inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas

• Process inventory adjustments, invoice coding, and inventory documentation

• Assign and monitor inventory-related work orders to ensure timely completion

• Work closely with the Maintenance team to anticipate inventory needs and resolve discrepancies

• Communicate with vendors and internal departments professionally and efficiently

• Support special projects and help maintain smooth day-to-day maintenance operations

• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• 3+ years experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, or maintenance support

• Hospitality, resort, or vacation ownership experience preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory management systems

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks

• Maintenance or facilities experience is highly preferred

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
