The role:

As a  Traveling Service Technician , your technical skills, adaptability, and commitment to customer service are essential to supporting our growing client base. This position requires travel to customer sites to perform a variety of specialty construction, concrete restoration, and structural repair services. Successful candidates are hands-on problem solvers who thrive in dynamic work environments and are willing to learn new trades and techniques.

Responsibilities:

Skilled in or willingness/ability to learn:

• Concrete saw cutting and infill repairs
• Structural foam slab lifting and stabilization
• Floor leveling and surface restoration
• Concrete flatwork installation and repair
• Forming and pouring driveways, patios, sidewalks, and related concrete structures
• Core drilling (horizontal and vertical applications)
• Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) operation and interpretation
• Masonry work, including block, brick, grout, and repair applications
• Carpentry work, including framing, finish carpentry, and concrete formwork
• Structural steel welding, including beam installation, flange attachment, cutting, and fabrication
• Drywall framing, hanging, finishing, and repair
• Travel to customer and project sites as required
• Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Maintain clear communication with customers, project managers, and team members
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Assist with troubleshooting field conditions and developing practical solutions

Experience:

• 3–5 years of construction experience, preferably focused on concrete services, restoration, or specialty contracting
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Willingness to learn new trades, techniques, and equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments
