- Assignment setting: clinical therapy services with inpatient components Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop evidence-based OT treatment plans to restore and improve physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs; track progress and document outcomes
- Implement a range of therapeutic interventions addressing fine motor skills, activities of daily living, and upper-extremity function; adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; participate in co-leading patient groups when appropriate
- Monitor safety, regulatory compliance, and ongoing discharge planning; communicate progress to the care team Requirements
- Active occupational therapy license (state-appropriate)
- Eligibility to practice as a traveling clinician in the United States
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Ability to work in a clinical inpatient setting and contribute to an interdisciplinary team
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills
- Experience or demonstrated comfort delivering general OT services across diverse patient populations Benefits and Support
