Director of Rehab / Rehab Director - Open to COTA and PTA Candidates!   Skilled Nursing Facility in Hendersonville, NC / NORTH CAROLINA 

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (PTA/COTA) to join our skilled nursing facility in Hendersonville , NC.

• Full-Time, open to COTA and PTA Candidates!
• Prior Management experience preferred
• Flexible Schedule

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure
• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Minimum of 1 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
