Acorn Hill Animal Hospital , a trusted small animal practice in San Antonio, TX , is seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinarian  to lead & guide our practice, mentor our team, and shape the future of our hospital.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical excellence with veterinary leadership and management . You’ll work alongside a dedicated Practice Manager and Regional Operations Manager to set goals, develop strategies, and continue growing our hospital’s reputation for compassionate, high-quality veterinary care.

• Lead and mentor a talented team of associate veterinarians and support staff.

• Establish, implement, and uphold medical protocols to ensure top-tier patient care and compliance.

• Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve hospital and operational goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine ( DVM ) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.

• Active Texas veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain).

• 5+ years of veterinary practice experience preferred.

• Proven leadership and management skills with emotional intelligence and professionalism.

• Strong commitment to ethical practice and clinical excellence.

• Ability to delegate effectively, communicate clearly, and inspire your team.
